FQC (Final Quality Control)
- Air-Leakage Test: 100% of toilets undergo vacuum negative pressure testing.
- Function Test: Each toilet must pass the most basic functional test before packaging.
- Flush Test: Every toilet must pass the “Map Test” (100-ball clearance) and ink-surface residue testing before packaging.
